First Family Entertainment was formed in January 2005, as a partnership between two of the world’s leading theatrical producers (Ambassador Theatre Group and Live Nation).

Promoting the traditional values of pantomime, our 2009/10 Christmas season presents star-studded pantomimes at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues including the Kings Theatre, Glasgow; Milton Keynes Theatre; the New Victoria Theatre, Woking; the Theatre Royal, Brighton; Richmond Theatre; Churchill Theatre, Bromley; Opera House, Manchester; Sunderland Empire; Liverpool Empire; Bristol Hippodrome; Regent Theatre, Stoke on Trent; and the New Wimbledon Theatre.

Over the last five years, First Family Entertainment has seen a growth in sales at all the venues it produces in and their productions have received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike.

Artists of the highest calibre have starred in First Family pantomimes including John Barrowman, Simon Callow, Stephen Gately, Susan Hampshire, Nigel Havers, Ross Kemp, Patsy Kensit, Kim & Aggie, Kym Marsh, Richard O’Brien, Tina O’Brien, Suzanne Shaw, Simon Shepherd, Elaine C Smith, Twiggy, Toyah Willcox, and Richard Wilson, Joanna Page, Gareth Gates, Alistair McGowan and Jonathan Wilkes.

First Family Entertainment were also the first production company to entice artists from across the Atlantic to appear in this great British tradition, Henry Winkler, Patrick Duffy, Mickey Rooney, Jan Rooney, Steve Guttenberg and Paul Michael Glaser made their pantomime debuts for First Family Entertainment.

The quality of casting is continued in their fifth season, with top stars such as Claire Sweeney, Kara Tointon, Joe Swash, Chris Fountain and Gray O'Brien appearing in First Family pantomimes across the UK this Christmas. More casting still to be announced.
